Some DT Inspo for Lasting Memories challenge #579.
I was again inspired by Vicki Boutin’s Storyteller range.
I started with a mixed media background using some Vicki Boutin stencils and then fussy cut some birds and leaves. I stuck down the leaves but wasn’t happy with the colour (too olive) so lots of layers of gesso and paint later, this is what I finished up with
